A number of internal promotions have created new opportunities for Graduates with some experience in Building Surveying to join the team. What will I be doing, what training is available?
You will be responsible for writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology and much more. The role will suit a Building Surveyor graduate with some industry experience. Full support to start your APC process is available if you have a RICS accredited degree. What do I need?
A RICS accredited degree in building surveying with one or two years’ experience. A full UK driving licence. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Locally based to travel into the office and happy to travel to projects and work into London. So if you are passionate about becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor, develop your career with an established practice.
