The Role : As Assistant Campus Principal, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the Campus Principal to deliver exceptional outcomes for students, staff, and the wider school community. You will oversee the coordination of senior year pathways, MAP processes, homeroom and year group performance, and staff line management. Your ability to foster a positive campus culture, promote academic excellence, and lead by example will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities : Lead initiatives aligned with the OneSchool Global ethos, values, and strategic goals. Coordinate NCEA programs, including guidance, proctoring, and accommodations for student support learners. Oversee the academic and pastoral care of students, ensuring their success through data-driven interventions. Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, conducting observations and quality assurance processes. Serve as a point of escalation for student behaviour matters and maintain a visible leadership presence across the campus. Contribute to professional learning programs, staff inductions, and strategic planning processes. What We’re Looking For : Current registration with the Teachers Council of Aotearoa New Zealand. Proven leadership experience, such as Head of Department or Year. Strong knowledge of NCEA and experience in modern learning environments. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience with self-directed learning models. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and community engagement. Demonstrated success in leading change and innovation. Preference will be given to teachers with a background in Mathematics, Commerce, and Social Science.
