We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Catering and Hospitality Manager to take the helm alongside our Catering Manager, inspiring and supporting our talented catering team to deliver exceptional dining experiences at our thriving independent boarding school. This position is well-suited to a person who is looking to excel in an assistant management role providing a high-quality service and achieving excellent experiences for students, staff, and visitors. This position is based in the catering department and answers to the Catering Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Catering department in the absence of the Catering Manager or Senior Chefs. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hospitality and Functions Manager Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH and Food Legislation Outstanding communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative IT literate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Problem-solving aptitude Well organized and thorough in approach to work Enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work as part of a team in a busy and demanding environment Salary:
