Assistant Chief Engineer
who will: Support the Chief Engineer in the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel. Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time. Carry out routine spot checks of equipment. Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives. Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received. Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude. Have experience leading a large maintenance team. Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management. Maintenance Manager
in a similar-sized hotel. As our
