As our Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will:
- Become confident in your knowledge of what our hotel offers in terms of layouts, capacities and menus
- Set up and assist the client in the use of audio-visual equipment.
- Meet and greet event organisers and be their point of contact.
- Supervise, support and train the team
- Be an operational part of the team
- Provide the highest level of presentation of our event rooms
- Run conferences and events leading the operational team ensuring all runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will already be a supervisor or is experienced in conference and banqueting and ready to take their first step into a supervisory role.The role involves running events and overseeing the team and will also involve working shifts.
