Credit Control Who Does This Role Report Into?
Senior Credit Controller Role Summary / Purpose and Scope: To provide effective credit control, supporting the efficient and timely collection of occupier charges for allocated team clients. The ideal candidate would be willing to learn and develop their skills as they train. This role will be considered for both our MAPP London workspace and our Manchester MAPP workspace.
Skills, Knowledge and Values
Skills (People & Technical) Supporting the Rent & Service charge collection of 600 occupiers within the Tramps/Yardi system Collection of outstanding sums due from occupiers, achieve 95% rental income targets to be collected within 7 days of the lease due date Review of arrears, work with the Senior Credit Controller & Surveyors to enforce CRAR / litigation action for any occupiers delinquency Monitoring of all occupier payment plans to ensure occupiers are committing to the terms & condition of the payment plan Ensure that team process & controls are strictly followed and full compliance External focus – Build strong occupier relations, resolve occupier queries promptly and accurately record all correspondence within the Tramps/Yardi system Liaising with Property Managers and Client Accountants as appropriate Supporting aged debt and collection reports, using the system and excel as required Values & Behaviour Exhibition of MAPP Values: Avoid Ambiguity, Appreciative, Adventurous, Authentic and Accountable Self Management including showing initiative, being proactive and meeting deadlines Embracing Change including Technology Engaging with the Big Picture Great service delivery including working in partnership with internal and external individuals and good communicating in written and verbally Achieving Results and Prioritise Work Innovative Solutions and Problem Solving Developing Self and Others and willing to Learn
