About the Role: We are looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team based on our Chelmsford Campus for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM professional who is eager to support the development and execution of the CRM and marketing data strategy. The post-holder will work closely with the CRM & Data Manager to harness our MS Dynamics 365 platform by setting up best in class marketing automations and campaigns, leveraging campaign management tools, providing market insights and reporting on campaign metrics and the success of marketing projects, with a view to improving enquirer/applicant conversion. Qualifications: You will have a degree and appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification appropriate to the specific role.
