How you will help us and what you can expect Develop strategic objectives and strategies to achieve budgets in partnership with the NCDM and Senior Management
Lead office-based contact for all muti trade import and export NVO enquiries, issues and escalations
Attend and lead customer face to face / Teams meetings, deputising for the NCDM when required
Ownership of all the NVO’s muti trade Export spot quotes, distribution of monthly rate sheets and haulage tariffs, ensuring quotations are processed in a timely and accurate manner within agreed KPI’s and providing regular market feedback to the Trade teams
Develop new and existing business from pricing enquiries and pro-active customer phone calls, securing new business with a target driven approach, exploring all opportunities to increase volume by developing closer customer relationships
Close interaction with the Import and Export Trade teams to proactively retain and grow accounts, including any research and development required, mindful of contribution toward overall sales revenue targets and budgets
Regular analysis of performance statistics, creation of monthly reports, market studies and presentations
Influence strategic commercial decisions to improve overall profitability
Log customer interactions and manage Sales opportunity pipeline in CRM
Strong communication and liaison across the Commercial teams and the wider business to ensure operational support and efficiency
Maintenance and management of the NVOCC Import Landside agreements, ensuring all terms are correctly filed in the appropriate systems
Ownership of NVO invoice disputes - acknowledgement, investigation and resolution
Overall management of NVOCC accounts in absence of the NCDM
