Job Description
The key responsibilities will be:
Using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Visio to produce full 3D designs of the space area
Producing space plans working to a brief
Preparing measure surveys
Producing high-quality presentations and tender returns
Producing high-quality UK Building Regulation and working drawings
Producing invoices
Producing quotations
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
Have a degree in Architecture or be a Part 1 Architectural assistant
Have the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once
Be quick thinking and a practical problem solver
Have excellent communication skills
Be well organised, assertive, and down to earth
Possess a high level of interpersonal skills
Be innovative and creative
Be a fast learner
Have the ability to work under pressure
