About the Role In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end development process. From acquisitions to project delivery, you’ll contribute to achieving strategic objectives while exploring innovative practices and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Assist with acquisitions, including feasibility assessments, market research, and risk analysis. Manage project budgets, cost controls, and development application submissions. Support pre-construction and construction activities, ensuring quality and compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and marketing teams. Drive process improvements, focusing on best practices and technological advancements. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification in property development or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in property development or project management. Strong skills in project software, Microsoft Office, and financial modelling. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. A thorough understanding of property regulations, market dynamics, and leasing practices.
