To qualify for the role you must have Energy sector: significant operational and general business experience across multiple profit and cost centres within M&M, O&G, P&U or service sector businesses. In addition, specialism in: Professional services / consulting with a recognised industry participant or as an independent contractor. Transactions: ideally due diligence, carve-out or integration experience. Strong analytical skills, linking operational performance analysis to financial outcomes. Organisational change: experience of leading performance improvement or organisational change initiatives. Ideally you’ll also have Broad business experience in at least two different operational, corporate, trading/customer marketing and technical businesses. Experience of delivering high-quality reports and presentations to senior leaders. Strong team leadership skills, particularly in leading diverse teams. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong work initiative and adaptability to new challenges. Professionalism and consistency in client work and practice development projects.
