Qualifications

Registered General Nurse or Allied Health Professional Educated to master's degree level or equivalent, in a relevant field, with high level analytical skills and ability to translate vision into clear direction Quality Improvement training/qualification Management/leadership qualification Experience

Significant management experience at a senior level working in a multi-disciplinary organisation, managing large staff groups from diverse, multi-disciplinary backgrounds, and contributing to corporate goals and leading on specific service goals Experience of forming and delivering strategic objectives to improve services and achieving change Experience of / or demonstrates an understanding of providing services in a community setting, including expert knowledge of the patients likely to receive care within the service To have successfully contributed to effective team working within a corporate context including the leadership of multi-disciplinary teams Leadership and management of a nursing workforce Experience of population health management Knowledge

Evidence of leadership and motivational skills during times of change A clear and comprehensive understanding of clinical governance, risk and controls, assurance standards, mitigation and recovery Skills & Abilities

Effective stakeholder engagement and co-design skills Capable of holding a vision for the designated service and informing debate on strategy and options for implementation Disclosure and Barring Service Check
