About The Role

East Kent Colleges Group are seeking to recruit an outstanding and inspirational leader to become the Assistant Director of Student Support for our Adult Education and Apprenticeships business unit, EKC Training. As Assistant Director, you will be passionate about supporting the provision, with the goal of achieving Outstanding in all that we do. You will collaborate with the Managing Director in leading and managing a team of staff ensuring that learners are recruited with integrity, experience an effective enrolment process and remain well supported and safeguarded during their time with us. You will be a suitably qualified and experienced leader who is process driven and commercially astute. We are looking for someone who will provide inspirational leadership to ensure that we maintain our values and have our strategic objectives consistently in view. You will lead the support teams to operate productively, providing a comprehensive and efficient service to learners and colleagues. What are we looking for?
