Permanent Full-Time Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement
to join their team.

As our new Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement you will: Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement. Lead assigned clinical programs including tracking and analyzing trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement of the program. Act as the Wellness Coordinator in his or her absence, which includes directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department. Be in good standings with the CNO and hold a valid RPN license. Have specific Neighbourhood oversight and/or clear expectations which include HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow-up, and support for assigned Neighbourhood team(s). It would be an asset if you have: Geriatric nursing experience. Nursing leadership experience.
