We are seeking two fixed term Assistant Disability Advisers to join our Additional Support and Disability Advice Centre (ASDAC). The postholder will provide professional advice and support to disabled students, and support colleagues in ASDAC to meet caseload demands and develop inclusive and holistic approaches to meeting these needs within available resources. This fixed term role will prioritise disabled applicants ensuring they are aware of our service and the additional support that might be available when they begin their study. This will include guidance on the Disabled Students Allowance, encouraging eligible applicants to apply as soon as possible. This appointment is a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2025. This role can be done remotely using a secure VPN. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this post. Interviews are anticipated to be held 7 February 2025.
