Access have partnered with a small ecological consultancy with small-large scale projects in the UK, based in Banbury. After continued success and increasing demand, our client is searching for an Assistant Ecologist who is motivated, ambitious and passionate about delivering excellent projects. This client has an outstanding graduate training program to accelerate the learning and development of their junior members of staff. Our client has established themselves as a productive and respected consultancy in the UK market and plans continued growth in the coming years, with workload and projects increasing in recent years. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about contributing towards the delivery of excellent projects and capable of working in a close-knit and friendly team. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, ambitious to progress their career and able to learn from the Senior and Principal ecologists within the company. The perfect candidate must have: Degree in a relevant subject Willingness to learn and communicate with Senior staff members Seasonal/Volunteering experience on surveys The right to live and work in the UK Full UK Drivers license This is a great opportunity to join a growing consultancy with an amazing culture and mission.
