The ideal candidate should be flexible and a good communicator, with a willingness to learn and develop their career while gaining experience in the field. The ideal candidate will bring some previous field experience, the ability to work independently, and a respectful and positive approach to their work. You should be keen to work as a team and represent enims well, even when not under direct supervision. As someone with experience in ecological consultancy, you will understand the importance of timekeeping and delivering high-quality work. This role involves both office-based work and supporting our senior team. You will be required to attend sites regularly, travel to various locations, and may need to stay away. You should be comfortable working different shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, and seasonal surveying such as dusks and pre-dawns.
