Working closely with the Editor and sales team, you will carry out a range of administrative, digital marketing, and content creation activities. In terms of hours, they can consider around 25-30 a week. Your role will involve:
Creating and publishing articles, carrying out amendments to content and listings on the website. Sourcing and re-sizing artwork. Creating competitions, vouchers & events for advertisers, closing competitions, sending out winners' emails, and coordinating prizes. Keeping website advertising up to date and refreshing on a monthly basis. Updating spreadsheets and creating a process to ensure listings don't fall off the site. Assisting with proofing of all e-newsletters/campaigns and checking all external links. Helping to develop marketing plans and creating email marketing campaigns. SEO and creation of Google Ads campaigns and carrying out weekly reports. Media pack creation and coordination of large-scale seasonal marketing projects. Regular social media posts across Facebook, Instagram & Twitter (X). You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Solid experience in a similar role. Skills within CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics, Dotdigital & Constant Contact). Experience of WordPress or similar. Ability to use Paint Shop Pro/Canva to size images accordingly, once sourced. Ability to write basic English copy. Experience on Dotdigital, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mail Munch, Constant Contact, Meta Ads & Canva is preferred.
