We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong foundation in mental health and emotional wellbeing support. You'll hold a BTEC higher diploma, foundation degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with at least one year of post-qualification experience working with children, young people, and families. We're also hoping that you have the following: Knowledge of child development, behaviours, and mental health challenges. Familiarity with safeguarding legislation, confidentiality, consent, mental capacity, and data protection guidelines. Confident delivering mental health advice and engaging diverse audiences with excellent communication skills. Be highly organised, computer-literate, and able to thrive in dynamic environments. Access to transport for commuting between community venues; education setting experience is essential.
