An opportunity has arisen to join our well-established, dynamic and experienced mechanical engineering management team in providing an effective and efficient maintenance package of our wide-ranging building services, including planned and reactive maintenance, alterations and installation of engineering services, equipment and fixtures maintained by our Estates Department. You will manage a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment across all areas within the Trust's estate. This will require the individual to possess a fully skilled, self-motivated and proactive ability working safely but effectively as a valued member of the mechanical team. You should have obtained a bachelor's or honours Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or a Higher National Certification and be working toward Degree level qualification. You should also possess good demonstrable knowledge within this field and be prepared to take ownership of delegated workload. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the team ensuring that the Trust's Visions and Values are maintained at all times; focusing on engineering excellence, integrity and support for the wider Estates team.
