The Role:
Supporting the Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include: Preparing business cases for new projects and investments, underpinned by robust financial modelling and risk analysis. Streamlining financial processes and improving data quality to enhance decision-making. Managing and optimising Excel-based data systems. Delivering in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identifying performance trends. Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process. Contributing to ad hoc projects and tasks as required. What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be newly qualified or actively studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or similar). Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and reporting systems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage with finance and non-finance stakeholders. Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress within a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
