Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fantastic business based in Rotherham, who're looking to recruit an Assistant Finance Business Partner.
This key role supports the Finance Business Partners in delivering financial expertise and guidance to operational teams across the business. Working closely with FBPs and Directors, you’ll provide financial insights, analysis, and support to drive informed decision-making and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist FBPs in supporting Directors and their teams with financial information and analysis. Collaborate with the wider management team to provide robust financial support and guidance. Deliver accurate measurement and reconciliation for key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide accurate financial data and documentation to external auditors as required. Provide timely commentary and variance analysis to support understanding of financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior year. Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other functions, helping them to understand and control key cost drivers. Key Skills and Qualifications
Qualified
CIMA/ACCA/ACA
professional with strong commercial acumen. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with 3-4 years of practical experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with non-financial stakeholders.
