Assistant Finance Manager

What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the Finance Manager prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Analysing financial data to spot trends, variances, and opportunities to improve. Overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Making sure they stay compliant with financial regulations and internal policies. Supporting month-end and year-end processes. Working with other teams to streamline financial processes. Contributing to financial planning and key decision-making. Guiding and mentoring junior team members. What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant ACCA, or CIMA are a bonus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confidence with financial software and Microsoft Excel. Great communication and people skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
