We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Finance Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include: Business partner with key stakeholders, both financial and non-financial, to ensure strong commercial decision-making. Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing proactive financial analysis to support business decisions. Identify, understand, and manage financial risks and opportunities arising from ongoing operations and balance sheet maintenance. Deliver key business reports such as month-end reports, budgets, and cash analyses, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Train operational teams on financial reporting to improve their performance. Perform monthly balance sheet reviews and highlight key risks and opportunities. Promote working capital improvements and manage debt ledgers. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and preparing presentations. Assist with client tenders, negotiations, and capital expenditure appraisals. Our ideal Assistant Finance Manager will: Be a Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA). Have Industry experience in a service business. Be experienced in management accounting, including producing reports and analysis for commercial decision-making. Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Have experience in business partnering with non-finance professionals.
