The Assistant Finance Manager will serve as an integral member of our Accounting & Finance team, providing vital support to senior management within the Property industry. They will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure company success. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within the Property sector, boasting a substantial market presence in HOOK. Description Support the Finance Manager in the execution of strategic financial planning and budgeting. Oversee and conduct monthly and annual financial reporting. Implement financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with other departments to gather and analyse financial data. Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts. Participate in financial audits and implement recommended changes. Support the team in ad-hoc projects when required. Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for improvements. Profile A successful 'Assistant Finance Manager' should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent). Excellent command of financial software and MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
