About the role Working for the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial control and reporting. This is a full suite finance role making it a great step for an ambitious candidate providing management accountancy exposure, business partnering, financial reporting, and line management experience. You will engage with senior stakeholders up to Executive Committee level to support our company growth with sound financial advice. Accountabilities

Technical accounting and stats preparation – assisting us with the implementation of the new FRS 102 requirements. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Own the monthly management accounts and financial statements for your area. Liaise with internal and external auditors, internal teams such as wider Finance team, PMs, Financial Advisers, and CFO. Help partner with the Group Financial Controller on technical accounting and regulatory matters and contribute to accounting policy. Look for ways we can do finance better! Skills and Experience

Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). 1-3 years post qualification experience in industry or practice. Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards. A solid understanding of FRS 102 for spearheading the necessary changes to achieve compliance. Strong Excel skills - e.g. SumIF, matching formulas, v-lookups, etc. Exposure to enterprise accounting software (we can teach Netsuite). Happy to present financial data, challenge stakeholders and be challenged (we have a great feedback culture). Financial Services experience is useful, but not required (as long as you're commercial and a quick learner).
