Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth operation of the day-to-day procedures within the Finance Department

Ensure all procedures for debtors ledger, purchasing, payroll, F&B Control are followed in accordance with the finance manual and company policy

Ensure adherence to current financial/accounting legislation as directed by the Financial Controller

Ensure accurate accounts information is distributed on a timely basis

Assist in producing the Year End statutory accounts

Audit all areas on a regular basis and report any suspicious activities or non-compliance to Company policies and procedures

Ensure the balancing of the end of week and end of month financial information

Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the strategic plan and annual budget

What We’re Looking For

Experience in financial management, ideally within the hospitality industry

Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
