Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations Manage staff schedules and provide team leadership Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies Collaborate with the executive chef for menu planning and execution Uphold service quality and guest satisfaction standards Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently Train and mentor food and beverage team members Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in food and beverage management Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of inventory management and cost control Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards Proficiency in restaurant management software Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Application Process
