ABOUT THE ROLE As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be responsible for recording all activities in the form of the Duty Manager log on a daily basis and you will report the necessary information to the Front of House Manager, Guest Relations Manager and Director of Rooms. Our Assistant Front Office Managers (including Night Manager) provide 24 hour assistance and service to all hotel guests, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences to the highest quality. ABOUT YOU Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5* hotel A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality Flexibility to work varied hours Good level of written and spoken English Exceptional customer care skills Empathy for your guests and colleagues Ability to work under pressure Pride and attention to detail in your work The finest personal presentation Distinctive, professional and warm personality Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests ABOUT CORINTHIA Corinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
