Summary: As an ARGM at KFC, you will hold a crucial position within the restaurant management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability in your restaurant, contributing to its overall success. Your role will involve: Assisting with day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Learning essential managerial skills, such as scheduling, team coordination, and effective communication, to lead a motivated and efficient team.
