What We're Looking for in an Assistant General Manager: We need someone who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is dedicated to making every customer's experience unforgettable. We're looking for a charismatic leader who can inspire and build a team, leading by example and being present on the floor night to night. You'll greet guests, make them feel welcome and valued, and seamlessly orchestrate the evening's events. Additionally, you must have the business savvy to manage a large venue and the financial acumen to ensure its success. This includes a proven track record in budget management, maintaining financial and statistical records, planning and overseeing maintenance work, and ensuring all licensing and health and safety requirements are met.
