What's involved? As Assistant General Manager, you will be assisting and supporting the General Manager with all aspects of this boutique hotel, ensuring all departments function seamlessly and efficiently on a daily basis. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the staff, whilst upholding the highest standards of service, dealing with budget management, cost control, and driving business growth. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a management role within a 5-star boutique hotel is desired; we are not looking for a large operational background. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work 10-12 hour shifts, well-versed in all divisions, and a car driver due to remoteness. We are also looking for a 'Can do' attitude with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
