An exceptional opportunity to join this beautiful restaurant & café nestled amongst a pioneering rewilding project in West Sussex. This eco-centric restaurant is in a refurbished barn carefully designed with nature in mind. The fruit and veg served in the restaurant is from the on-site market garden and the organic meat is from the land’s wild roaming animals. The café serves seasonal and sustainable dishes showcasing the incredible produce grown on the land, while the restaurant serves more refined and innovative dishes cooked on an open fire. This stunning restaurant and cafe set on the land of a world-renowned rewilding project attracting thousands of visitors each year offers an incredible experience for guests who can now immerse fully into nature through their incredible land to plate menu. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager who is experienced in running a busy or fast-paced restaurant or cafe and delivering a high standard of service. This is a really lovely and progressive business, and the ideal person would be a warm, nurturing manager who loves training, encouraging development and inspiring the team. You will be a service-focused manager who supports the GM in running the day to day and training and leading the team. Such an exciting opportunity for an Assistant General Manager who is local to the area or looking for an opportunity to relocate to the countryside from London. THE HOURS
