Assistant General Manager required for The Saint, a popular and well-established venue in the heart of St Andrews that has something for everyone. Modern lounge areas, extensive garden area and 4 guest bedrooms for an overnight stay. The Saint is popular with locals and visitors to the St Andrews area. We’re an awesome team filled with hardworking and fun-loving people. We’d love for you to join us. Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way! You will support the General Manager in the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service at The Saint, leading by example and training others to provide the highest level of customer experience. You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar environment to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organizing and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator. Here’s the deets:
