Wet led/Cocktail oriented background is ESSENTIAL Previous experience as an AGM/GM is a MUST for this role Strong product knowledge is preferred but a passion to learn is essential Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue supporting the General Manager Experience leading a team and ensuring there is a positive culture Excellent communication skills Must meet the business targets by creating structured plans with the management team Passion for delivering a great guest experience
