ensure that all members of the school community keep a sharp focus on the behaviour and attendance of identified groups of students monitor and implement strategies where appropriate to raise the attendance of students across the academy celebrate and reward students who make positive progress develop and enhance the practice of others strategically lead and oversee initiatives refocus efforts, ensuring continued growth In return, we will offer you:
