We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to share in and support the leadership of the school. You will be a visible leader of the school, with high expectations of behaviour, pastoral care and educational standards. Key Responsibilities

Support the senior leadership team in operational matters. Lead the strategic direction and standards of pastoral provision across the school. Ensure that all children in secondary are able to learn and achieve to the best of their ability by coaching and supporting staff.
