Collaborate with the Divisional HR Business Partner to implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide input and recommendations on HR initiatives and be involved with and manage your own projects. Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for managers and senior stakeholders for employee queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Support the HR Advisor with investigations, disciplinary, grievance and performance management casework. Manage complex ER casework, thorough to the successful conclusion including Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal. Deliver training and mentor your management teams. Performance and Talent Management
Support the performance management cycles, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with managers to identify development needs and coordinate training initiatives. Contribute to succession planning and talent development strategies. HR Policies and Compliance
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Assist in the development, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures. What we need from you?
