Assistant
HR Manager . Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help the business be legally compliant with employment regulations, support staff across all departments; and ensure the company attracts the best candidates for its open vacancies. Salary -
£30,000 - £35,000 per year The key deliveries for this role are: Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment contracts. Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department. Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves. Supporting HR-related training programs. Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations. Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities. Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications. Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency. Any other activity/task as and when requested by the Directors. Work Experience Previous experience at a comparable level or the hunger to take the next step in their career Demonstrable experience of coaching managers Skills Knowledge of current employment law and best practice Qualifications Either a recognized HR qualification (CIPD or similar) or with a view to completing one Personal Qualities An excellent collaborator with a high energy, enthusiasm and a passion for developing people commercially Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable Be intellectually curious; bringing valuable insight into the team/business Actively listens to others, contributes and shows commitment to building relationships with teams, customers and the wider business.
