A strong understanding of issues facing Local Government and the ability to research and contribute to policy development. Knowledge:
A solid foundation in employment law and experience in monitoring HR policies, recommending, and implementing improvements. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications:
Part-qualified CIPD or actively working towards qualification. Commitment:
