Description As an Assistant Management Accountant you will be responsible for: Overseeing the finance team and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Assisting the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Performing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Coordinating with other departments to streamline financial processes. Managing financial audits and collaborating with external auditors. Participating in the development of financial policies and procedures. Contributing to the company's financial strategy and long-term financial planning. Profile A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
