Assistant Management Accountant Failsworth Immediate Start About Our Client An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading manufacturing company due to year-on-year growth for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. This company is based in Failsworth and is a well-established market leader in their sector. They have an excellent reputation for staff retention and development. Job Description The Assistant Management Accountant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be full-time office-based in Failsworth. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include: Cash book reconciliation Petty Cash Processing of Expenses Balance sheet reconciliations Maintaining fixed asset register Support the preparation of monthly management accounts Support preparation for the year-end audit Other ad-hoc duties Processing Sales Invoices Processing Supplier Invoices The Successful Applicant In order to apply for the role you should: Be AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA Part qualified or Qualified by experience Have experience of Balance sheet reconciliations as a minimum Be able to commute to Failsworth office Be able to consider a temporary position initially What's on Offer Opportunity for the role to be extended.
