We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting to contribute to the overall financial management of the organisation.

Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation of management accounts Monitoring and analysing financial performance Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Assisting in financial reporting and variance analysis Performing reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data Collaborating with internal teams to support financial decision-making Contributing to process improvements within the finance function Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Part-qualified or actively working towards an accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) Strong understanding of management accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Prior experience in a related role is a plus Day-to-Day

Collaborating with the management accountant on financial analysis Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports Supporting the maintenance of accurate financial records Responding to finance-related queries from internal stakeholders Participating in team meetings and contributing to financial discussions Engaging in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge Salary

£28,000 - £33,000 per annum
