You will be responsible for:

Supporting in the preparation of monthly accounts, including the posting of accruals and pre-payments, making decisions and recommendations as appropriate Preparing management accounts pack to include informative analysis Balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing with Finance Manager Identifying opportunities to improve processes and take ownership of introducing these improvements Supporting in the budgeting and reforecasting process Developing and maintaining financial analysis and reporting as required Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the department by maintaining spreadsheets, data and reporting and assisting across the wider team as required Liaising with auditors and assisting with queries What you'll have:

Previous management accountant experience (1-2 years), ideally in a retail environment (not essential) You will have an eye for detail, with commitment to precision You are a problem-solver and love seeking solutions to drive financial optimization You are comfortable dissecting and analyzing complex financial data Exceptional verbal and written communication skills You'll be rewarded with:
