Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process prepayments and accruals. Perform balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of management accounts and associated reporting. Enter journals on the General Ledger and maintain it. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Support month-end duties and ensure timely closure of accounts. Assist with coding and inputting Accounts Payable invoices. Check bank reconciliations and manage month-end Accounts Receivable processes. Take responsibility for key tasks within the accounts department. Perform ad hoc duties as required. Person Specification: Minimum of 18 months experience in management accounts. Excellent attention to detail and numeracy with the ability to be efficient and accurate. Good communication skills at all levels. Computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word. Highly organised and focused working style. Exposure to and understanding of prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. What's in it for you? 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
