Assistant Management Accountant

to work with a leading brand in the UK based in Leeds, to support the financial controller, assist on month end, assist on budgeting & forecasts, help provide analysis to senior stakeholders plus much more!

What you will do:

Support the production of management accounts, weekly cost and revenue reports and other financial information as required. Support the analysis of the management accounts and variances to budget/forecast and prior year. Assist with the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for each period. Calculation of accruals and prepayments; working with the Data & Analytics team to understand and process data to support calculations and reconciliations. Maintain spreadsheet models in line with standardized processes and local terms. Benefits:

£32,000 - £35,000 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid/Flexible Working Professional Development 5% Pension Contribution We are looking for someone who has/is:

AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA studier. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience in a broad range of general accounting functions including management accounts and accruals/prepayments. This position won't be open for long so make sure you apply today!
