Assistant Management Accountant

to join their finance team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation while advancing your career in finance.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including detailed commentary and performance comparisons against budget and prior year. Produce journals, accruals, prepayments, deferred costs/income, and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in preparing statutory accounts and support external audit processes. Manage project revenue recognition processes, collaborating closely with project managers. Maintain the fixed asset register and record acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliations and file management. Support managers in budget preparation and monitoring, providing expert advice and analysis to help manage budgets effectively. Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders across the business. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system automation. Act as a mentor to junior finance team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Process online banking transactions. About You:

A Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) 2+ years' experience in finance, with proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills. A team player with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. What We Offer:
