As the assistant manager, you will be responsible for managing store profitability and operations, ensuring that your team are effectively working to KPI targets and providing the highest level of customer service to encourage brand loyalty. You will also ensure that your team are following health and safety procedures to mitigate business risks.

Visual standards are important within this store and experience with visual merchandising in a fashion brand is desired.

Development is at the heart of everything they do, and you will be pivotal in delivering training and coaching sessions to employees.

The salary is paying up to £28,000.
