As an Assistant Manager, you will resolve issues and identify innovative ways of doing things. You will partner with your manager to make your mark on the store and grow within the company. This role supports the Store Manager in managing store operations, driving sales, and leading a cohesive team of motivated employees to deliver memorable experiences for all consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Be a role model - motivate and engage your team to embody brand values, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere. Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating exemplary behaviors for the team. Assist in driving sales and maintaining standards, including compliance with established policies. Communicate efficiently both on the floor and behind the scenes, developing relationships across the business. Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative marketing ideas. Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs. Educate your team and advise customers as the product expert. Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including cash-handling and maintaining a clean environment. Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service. Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Experience in a customer-facing role. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Self-starter and ambitious, motivated to exceed store targets. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Working Conditions
