We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our quick-service restaurant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, exceptional customer experiences, and a well-managed team. You'll work closely with the restaurant manager to drive success and maintain high standards in all aspects of our establishment.

UP TO 5K BONUS PER YEAR PAID QUARTERLY!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive outstanding service at all times, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Operations Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  4. Training and Development: Train and develop team members to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
  5. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
  7. Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food costs, to optimize profitability.
  8. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address operational issues and challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience for guests.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
